MIAMI (CBSMiami) - David Guetta is a French songwriter, DJ, remixer and record producer.
He has been named one of the world's 20 richest thinkers.
Last year he performed at the Miami Ultra Music Festival and is back at their new stage in Virginia Key this weekend.
The world-renowned music star bought an apartment developed by The Associated Group in Edgewater's new Gulf of Paraiso.

“We sell to the world, we have buyers from around the world who are attracted to Miami, this new neighborhood and in this case David Guetta. Because he was very close to Ultras, very close to the beach and in the middle of everything, he wanted it fast, ”said Carlos Rosso of The Related Group.

The Paraiso Bay has approximately 1,400 units, with amenities including bowling alleys, recreational areas, and Miami's largest circular pool. Celebrities buy them up; Alex Rodrguez also bought here recently.

“It was originally sold for $ 6 million and is now being rented. It was rented two days after it went on the market and was rented for $ 18,000 a month, ”said Zelda Freud, a real estate broker with the Miami Freud Group.

The kitchen with Onüx countertops is contemporary and clean, and like all 3,000 square feet, three bedrooms and four bathrooms, they are all designed by acclaimed Italian designer Piero Lisson.

Above the stairs hung an original work by French street artist Brainwash.

“As you can see, this is a Brainwash Banksy painting joke. He did it especially for David, and here is a three-storey staircase that came directly from Italy.

The second floor master bath has a 6,000 pound marble countertop.
The great master separates it from the bedroom, which is clean and modern.

“It's not a huge apartment. The idea is to get some very nice specifications with the best designs in the world. That's what we introduced you today, ”Rosso said.

The unit is on two levels on the 53rd and 54th floors.
This second floor has a soft and inviting den that overlooks the 2100 sq ft roof terrace.
"I mean it's shot money!" said Lisa Petrillo of CBS4 as she enjoyed the view.
The terrace has a private deck with a heated pool, summer kitchen and uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay.

“This is a unique thing in Miami, see all these beautiful islands and views. The opinion is that you are away from everything. Wywnood is around the corner, and you can see downtown and South Beach, ”Rosso said, pointing to the views.

The apartment is currently being rented during April. It's available for $ 18,000 a month in May.
