Paraíso do Tuiuti is ready for the 2019 Rio Carnival
This year, the school will once again present a politically charged parade, telling the story of a popular folklorist, Ioiô, a popular goat in Ceará, Brazil, in protest at the country's current political stance.
RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Monday, March 4 evening, Pillar School G.R.E.S. Paraíso do Tuiuti will be competing with Grupo Especial with its parade, which should start at 1:35. The group presents its second pillar enredo (themed pillar composition), titled "O Salvador da Pátria" (Homeland Savior), a politically provocative parade of the popular Folklorist goat in Ceará, Brazil.
